Downtown LA
This is downtown Los Angeles!! It wasn't "huge" in terms of high rises unlike Chicago, New York or even Boston. The reason is obvious; it is earthquake!! Therefore LA is not a concentrated metropolitan and doesn't have an efficient public transportation system. I believe Chicago has the best public transportation of the nation. I like Boston the best!!!!
