Cartoons of Iranian soccer team ...
Oh my! Today has been a adventurous day because I heard that a German newspaper Der Tagesspiegel has published a cartoon of the Iranian national soccer team as suicide bombers.
"With tensions still simmering over the Danish cartoon scandal, a German newspaper provokes Tehran with caricatures of the Iranian national soccer team adorned in suicide-bomber belts. It was a joke, the paper says, but the Iranians aren't laughing. Plus, Tehran postpones negotiations with Russia over its nuclear program." Spiegel Online
What is it for to publish these cartoons? I personally condemn such actions because it is not only an insult to the Iranian soccer team; it is also an insult to what I call "Iranian Nationals".
